What is included in the price?

Your stay includes bed linens, towels, daily cleaning, and a delicious breakfast which will be delivered to your Igloo.

Additional meals, experiences, or transport may be booked separately.

What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and Check-out is by 12:00 PM.

If you have any special requests regarding arrival or departure times, feel free to contact us after booking — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Is it suitable for children?

Yes, the igloos are family-friendly and accessible by car even in winter, though we recommend winter tires or a 4WD.

Children will love the snow activities and cozy setting.

Is there any attractions close of Igloos?

Yes! Just a 5-minute walk from the Igloos, you’ll find Lapland WinterPark, a magical experience for visitors of all ages.

In addition, the surrounding Lappish nature is an attraction of its own — step outside and you might spot reindeer, arctic birds, or even the Northern Lights dancing above. Whether you’re exploring the snowy forests or simply enjoying the peace and quiet, nature here is unforgettable.

Is there a fireplace in the accommodation?

Unfortunately, there is no washing machine and fireplace available at the accommodation.

We recommend planning ahead if you need to do laundry during your stay — nearby laundromats in Rovaniemi may offer convenient services.

The accommodation does not include a fireplace. However, it is well-insulated and equipped with modern heating systems to ensure a warm and comfortable stay, even during the coldest Arctic nights.

We do not offer rental cars directly through our service. If you need a vehicle, we recommend booking one in advance from a local car rental provider at Rovaniemi Airport or city center.
